I Was Lonelyness: The Complete Graphic Works of John Muafangejo
The result of four years of intensive research, this book presents all 262 of Namibian print artist John Muafangejo’s known graphic works, each reproduced on a separate page and accompanied by full and precise documentation. The accompanying narrative text (comprised of contributions/essays by Pat Gilmour, Olga Levinson, Orde Levinson, Edward Lucie-Smith and Steven Sack) examines various aspects of Muafangejo’s life and artistic output. Following this section are a series of transcriptions of all the recorded interviews with the artist as well as his documented statements and published conversations.
